It was a clear and crisp Friday evening. We arrived at the venue, The Society Room of Hartford, and were struck by the beauty and elegance of the place. The staff hustled and bustled, making sure every last detail was perfect.
I headed in to join Grace as she prepared for the ceremony, surrounded by her friends and family.
Everyone gathered for a pre-ceremony blessing by the officiant.
Finally, it was time. Grace was ready – beautiful, calm and poised.
It was cold outside, but not cold enough to keep us indoors for the first round of bride/groom portraits. The city street made for a captivating background…
After the cocktail hour was over, people flocked back to the Society Ballroom where the reception was getting underway.
The groom and his friends got together for a little performance, just for Grace…
One more dance for Mark and Grace, as the night started to wind down…
And a few more portraits at the end of the night…
Thank you to Grace & Mark for allowing us to be a part of your memorable day…we wish you all the best as you start this new chapter of your lives as “Mr. and Mrs.” !!
Beautifully done! Grace and Mark made a great choice! If you are ever in need of a printer or framer, give me a shout, I’m in Bethel CT
